Die Wohnung hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht direkt aufs Meer, der Standort ist optimal für Familien, denn der Strand ist vom Balkon aus überblickbar.
Allgemeinzustand der Wohnung leider mangelhaft, die Waschmaschine funktioniert, wäscht aber nicht sauber und ist schimmlig. Die Küche oberflächlich sauber, aber das Geschirr und die Kochutensilien sehr sehr dreckig, richtig ecklig! Zum Teil sind gewisse Einrichtungsgegenstände seit 3 Jahren defekt! Der zusätzlich gemietete Kinderhochstuhl war noch mit Essresten verklebt und mangelhaft.
Trotz diesen Mängeln waren wir 3 mal da, weil uns der Standort einfach überzeugt hat. Aber in Zukunft werden wir eine andere Wohnung im selben Gebäude über eine andere Agentur mieten, denn 3 Jahre die selben Mängel sind und nun definitiv zu viel.
The staff at Interhome based in Cambrils,a few miles away, could not have been more helpful- thank you. The apartment is situated in a fantastic spot overlooking the sea. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants to choose from too.Easy to get to Salou and other local places of interest by bus or taxi.The only downfall is that there is no entertainment in the evenings unless you are staying in a hotel- although plenty to do in Salou which is a ten minute drive away.
rideau chambre devant cassé, rideau séjour difficile à ouvrir (ne glisse pas),
fuite sous lévier cuisine (du mettre un sceau), prévoir éventuellement un rideau pour couper soleil car il fait chaud dans l'appartement, alèze plastique sur lit chambre devant qui fait transpirer sinon bel appartement clair ,bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur la mer.
Property exactly as described. Location could hardly be better. Interhome a delight to deal with, but unless you have hire car and preferably SAT-NAV. Would have no hesitation in recommending either property or Interhome. The apartment was refurbished 7 years ago. BUT it could definitely do with some updating. A fresh lick of emulsion, an awning for the balcony, lighting fixtures updated and the shower room whilst perfectly adequate again could do with a wee bit of TLC. Do not let these quibbles dissuade you from booking this excellent apartment. The location is amazing. The apartment immaculately clean, spacious and offers good value for money. Ideal for those looking for peaceful, relaxing holiday.
Have just returned from la pineda after two weeks at this apartment and while the apartment could do with a little makeover i would be wrong to overlook the most important thing of all and that is its the fact that it is on the beach.if you were to throw your towel from the balcony it would land on the sand and the beach at la pineda is wonderful, a blue flag beach on your doorstep a bar ,bank,pharmacy,supermarket all less than sixty seconds away also the airport is only 15-20 mins.

appartement conforme au descriptif, mais le lavabo de la salle de bain bouche, chaises de la terrasse et interieur cassées, barre a rideau au dessus de la baie vitre pret a s effondrer, donc dangereux avec des enfants.
Plastique sur matelas qui fait beaucoup transpirer!
Moins propre que l'année derniere!
personne ne parlant pas francais lors de la prise de clé!
Pas de clim ou de rideaux devant protégeant du soleil!
